|科目の目的・到達目標||By the end of the course, students should be able to:
a) write short declarative sentences.
b) fill in forms with personal details, for example entering one’s name, nationality and address on a hotel registration form.
c) write short, simple notes and messages relating to matters in areas of immediate need.
|授業の概要||Students will learn how to write interesting, accurate sentences that express their ideas. They will also study vocabulary, spelling, and grammar, and they have many chances to practice what they learn. Towards the end of the course, students will learn to write several sentences on the same topic in a unified paragraph. Writing assignments will be given every week, and they must be word-processed (completed in Microsoft Word) and submitted via manaba.|
|評価方法||Two-thirds of attendance is required for credit recognition. When you miss five classes, you will automatically fail the course.
Writing Assignments: 70% Class participation, Quiz: 30%
