授業の概要
＜学位授与方針と当該授業科目の関連＞
この科目は、問題解決力（外国語とコミュニケーションの能力及びコンピューターを利用した統計・情報処理と分析の能力を用いて、科学技術及び社会の急速な変化に対応しながら、さまざまな問題を解決することができる）の修得に関わる科目です。
＜概要＞
At the end of this course students will have gained the ability to talk with native English speakers and express themselves in a natural, confident manner. The focus of this course will clearly be upon speaking, rather than reading/writing.

To help students to get to the point where they are comfortable conversing in everyday situations
To help them feel confident in expressing opinions on important issues
