授業の概要
Seminar III is an opportunity for 2nd year students to learn diversity in global business, review the practical knowledge of negotiation and to improve your presentation skills.
科目目的
This course aims to help you review the practical aspects of negotiation and to improve the skills in doing negotiation. Understanding cultural diversity is also another topic of what you will be learning. A couple of presentations will be assigned to improve your presentation skills as well.
到達目標
In order to develop the skills and confidence necessary for classwork in English, 3rd year students are encouraged to strengthen their English abilities by learning cultural diversity as well as negotiation in English. This class is a stepping stone to successful bilingual studies during your 4th years in the Global Management Faculty.

3. Negotiation: Case 1.
4. Cultural diversity: Managing time.
5. Cultural diversity: How to relate to nature.
6. Cultural diversity: National culture
7. Negotiation: Case 2.
8. Cultural diversity: Corporate culture.
9. Cultural diversity: Global management.
10. Cultural diversity: Cultural dilemma.
11. Review of cultural diversity.
12. Negotiation as a group: Pre-negotiation session.
13. Negotiation as a group: Negotiation session.
14. Final discussions.

Students will be expected to do all homework assignments (every week) and to prepare for in-class discussion, pair and group work as well as small presentations of research topics.

・毎週1回の授業が半期(前期または後期)または通年で完結するもの。1週間あたり4時間の学修を基本とします。
・毎週2回の授業が半期(前期または後期)で完結するもの。1週間あたり8時間の学修を基本とします。
