その他特記事項
Deadline for thesis submission is a hard deadline. The deadline is often in the first week of December.
Students should check emails and Manaba for detailed procedures and deadlines from the GLOMAC. It is important to regularly check your university email and Manaba for important notices and announcements.
Communication is a key measure to resolve any arising problems. When writing email, ensure that your email includes a clear and meaningful subject line, your full name, student ID, and a mention that you are referring to this class. Most importantly, write concisely and clearly explain the purpose of your communication. It is advisable to proofread your email in English before sending it.
Class attendance is mandatory, and absences without valid reasons are strongly discouraged. Also, all materials provided and introduced will be applied into your graduation thesis. Without sufficient attention during the class including other student presentations' content and of course, class attendance, students will not be able to apply into their graduation thesis and graduate in time. If students have to miss the class, students must keep up with the missing content.
