授業の概要
In the spring the focus will be on oral communication with students practicing speaking and giving short speeches. writing will be limited and can be for speeches.
In the fall it will change and students are expected to discuss a variety of topics. Students need to speak and write in order to practice vocabulary and in order to express their opinions better.
科目目的
The goal is for students to improve at speaking in the spring and to improve at speaking and writing in the fall.
Students will practice giving their opinions and expectations are higher in the fall, as students are expected to justify their opinions by giving reasons, examples and details. Agreeing and disagreeing with their partners is to be expected.
到達目標
It is hoped that students improve at expressing themselves in speaking and writing.
In the fall expectations are higher as students will write their opinions on a variety of topics and need to justify their opinions. It is hoped that students can express themselves more directly in English.
