授業の概要

Students will learn how to write academic English by participating in intensive exercises.

科目目的

This course aims to develop students' ability to organize an English essay in a logical fashion.

到達目標

By the end of this course, students should be able to:

a. write simple connected text on topics which are familiar or of personal interest.
b. write simple essays based on personal experiences and impressions.
c. give reasons and explanations for opinions, plans and actions.

Students are required to come to class well prepared.

・毎週１回の授業が半期（前期または後期）または通年で完結するもの。１週間あたり１時間の学修を基本とします。

Two-thirds attendance is necessary to pass the course.
30 minutes late will be counted as absent.
Two times late (more than 15 minutes) will be counted as absent.
