授業の概要
This is a course for non-English majors. The courses uses TOUCHSTONE 2 (2nd Edition) to develop students listening and speaking skills. In addition, students are expected to make four short presentations in English, and do a pair interview.
科目目的
This course seeks to build on skills that students have acquired in of their education and improve their ability to speak and listen in English.
到達目標
Students will be required to answer a series of interview questions related to topics covered in class. Also, students will be asked to make presentations in English about their hometown, how to prepare a recipe, a country comparison, and a restaurant recommendation.

Students are expected to compete homework assignments, review activities covered in class, and research their presentations the Internet.

It is strongly recommended that students bring a dictionary to class.
その他特記事項
It is required that students come to class prepared. Even if absent, students are responsible for finding out and completing assignments.
Attendance is required 5 (five) absences in one semester without an official written excuse will result in failure of the semester 30 minutes late without a good reason will be counted as absent 3 times late (14 minutes or less) will be counted as absent 2 times late (15 minutes or more) will be counted as absent.
Using cell phone in the class is not allowed, especially during the lesson time.
