授業の概要

本講義では、イノベーションが企業や社会にどのような変化をもたらすのかを理解し、主要な理論・事例・実践的手法を体系的に学ぶ。イノベーションの基礎から破壊的イノベーション、オープンイノベーション、組織能力、ビジネスモデル、エコシステム、プラットフォームなど、現代のイノベーションマネジメントに必要な基礎知識を身につける。
This course will help students understand how innovation brings about changes in companies and society, and will provide a systematic study of key theories, case studies, and practical methods. Students will acquire fundamental knowledge necessary for modern innovation management, ranging from the basics of innovation to disruptive innovation, open innovation, organizational capabilities, business models, ecosystems, and platforms.

講義の前に、講義される予定の話題に関わる資料、またはその一部を読んでくることが求められる。講義ごとに予習には、約２時間かかると思われる。また、学生は、あらゆる講義の後、講義で学んだことを復習することが必要である。講義ごとの復習には、約２時間かかると思われる。 Before each lecture, students are required to read materials related to the topics that will be covered, or at least a portion of them. This preparation is expected to take approximately two hours per lecture. Additionally, students are required to review the material covered in each lecture afterward. なお、担当教員は、外資系企業（AFLAC、SAP）における経営企画およびビジネスコンサルティング業務および、グローバルコンサルティングファーム（DTC、E&Y）における戦略経営、変革マネジメントに関するコンサルティング業務において20年以上の実務経験を有する。その実務経験に基づき企業の実際に即した講義を行う。The instructor has over 20 years of practical experience in management planning and business consulting at foreign-owned companies (AFLAC, SAP), as well as in strategic management and transformation management consulting at global consulting firms (DTC, E&Y). Based on this practical experience, the instructor will deliver lectures that are relevant to real-world business practices.

その他特記事項

基本的には多摩キャンパス対面とオンデマンドオンラインのミックス授業を行う。Basically, classes will be conducted through a mix of in-person sessions at the Tama Campus and on-demand online learning.
