授業の概要
This course covers key operations management concepts and basic quantitative methods used to analyze and improve operational performance.
科目目的
This course aims to provide students with a solid understanding of the basic principles of Operations Management, while equipping them with the quantitative skills necessary to address real-world operational problems.
到達目標
Upon successful completion of this course, students will be able to:
- Understand the fundamental concepts of Operations Management.
- Apply basic quantitative methods to analyze operational decision-making problems.
- Analyze inventory, quality, supply chain, and project management issues using standard OM models.
- Solve real-world operations management problems using data and analytical thinking.
