授業の概要
This course provides a comprehensive examination of the principles, practices, and challenges associated with managing human resources within organizations. Through a combination of theoretical frameworks, case studies, and practical applications, students will develop a deep understanding of the strategic role of HRM in driving organizational success. The course will emphasize the importance of aligning HRM strategies with organizational goals, fostering employee engagement, and creating inclusive workplace cultures. 1. Presentation (60% of Total Grade):
Each student will be required to deliver one or more presentations throughout the semester, covering specific topics related to human resource management.
Evaluation Criteria:
A. Content: Depth of understanding, relevance to the topic, and incorporation of key theories.
B. Delivery: Clarity, organization, and effective communication of ideas.
C. Engagement: Ability to engage the audience, respond to questions, and facilitate class discussion.
2. In-Class Assignments (40% of Total Grade):
Regular in-class assignments will be given to assess students' grasp of theoretical concepts and their ability to apply them to practical scenarios.
