授業の概要

This course aims to explain the fundamental principles and theories that shape individual and group behavior within organizational settings. Students will gain insights into topics such as motivation, group dynamics, communication strategies, leadership styles, and the role of organizational culture in shaping employee behavior. The course will also explore contemporary issues including diversity and inclusion, stress management, and the challenges associated with organizational change. Through case studies, interactive discussions, and real-world applications, students will develop a nuanced understanding of how individual and group behaviors impact organizational performance.

1. Presentation (60% of Total Grade):
Each student will be required to deliver one or more presentations throughout the semester, covering specific topics related to organizational behavior.
Evaluation Criteria:
A. Content: Depth of understanding, relevance to the topic, and incorporation of key theories.
B. Delivery: Clarity, organization, and effective communication of ideas.
C. Engagement: Ability to engage the audience, respond to questions, and facilitate class discussion.

2. In-Class Assignments (40% of Total Grade):
Regular in-class assignments will be given to assess students' grasp of theoretical concepts and their ability to apply them to practical scenarios.
Evaluation Criteria:
A. Conceptual Understanding: Demonstrated comprehension of organizational behavior and related concepts.
