授業の概要
This course aims to explain the fundamental principles and theories that shape individual and group behavior within organizational settings. 1. Presentation (60% of Total Grade):
Each student will be required to deliver one or more presentations throughout the semester, covering specific topics related to organizational behavior.
Evaluation Criteria:
A. Content: Depth of understanding, relevance to the topic, and incorporation of key theories.
B. Delivery: Clarity, organization, and effective communication of ideas.
C. Engagement: Ability to engage the audience, respond to questions, and facilitate class discussion.
2. In-Class Assignments (40% of Total Grade):
Regular in-class assignments will be given to assess students' grasp of theoretical concepts and their ability to apply them to practical scenarios.
