授業の概要
In this course, students will review theories of international business, organizational behaviors and other management and organization theories if they have already learned these theories. To the students who have not yet leaned wide varieties of organization and management theories, this lecture will be an opportunity for them to learn management and organization theories widely and intensively. Students will also learn specific theories of management and organizations. In addition to theories, they will also learn methodologies to carry out management research. Students will learn how to carry out a high standard of theoretical and empirical investigation as PhD students. They will learn management and organizations, focusing on organizational culture and societal culture in the last half of the lectures.

Students will be encouraged to publish their work to an academic journal.
到達目標
Even though students cannot publish an article, they will be encouraged to complete part of their doctoral dissertation.
