- Life below water
- Life on land
- Peace, justice, and strong institutions
- Partnerships for the goals

科目目的

This course focuses on output: how students communicate information in English.
This involves extensive practice in script writing and the use of voice, eye contact, gestures, and other body language. Students will also make use of audio-visual and computer resources, including presentation software such as Microsoft PowerPoint (or similar software). They may also learn how to create poster presentations (optional).

As with the companion course Reading Focus for SDGs, presentations in the course will be on themes relevant to SDGs.

到達目標

By the end of the course, all students will have had extensive practice in script writing and giving presentations. They will have planned and presented scripted oral presentations, including PowerPoint-style slideshows with clear, concise, and engaging use of text and graphics. When giving their presentations, they will be able to effectively use techniques involving voice, eye contact, gestures, and body language.

They will also have experience presenting on SDG-related themes.
